Creating A Daily Log
After Opening Up the Project, you can find the Daily Logs in the Project Menu under Change Orders. Then Choose Create Daily Log.
You can add up to 10 pictures per log.
You can manually type the title and description of your daily log, or you can click on the CREATE button for AI to analyze the images and add the title/descriptions.
Weather is automatically added but can be removed by unchecking the box next to weather
Creating a Summary
After Opening Up the Project, you can find the Daily Logs in the Project Menu under Change Orders. Then Choose Create Summary. This will allow you to combine daily logs from up to 30 days. You can see the dropdown to select if you want to look up daily logs in the last 7, 14, and 30 days.
Select which Daily Logs you would like to include in the Summary by adding a checkmark next to each that should be analyzed. Click on Summarize after you have completed your selections and AI would write a detailed description for each of the selections.
