Advanced Settings are available when the Custom theme is selected. The panel is split into four groups: Layout, Colors, Typography, and Spacing. This article covers Layout and Colors.
Layout
Header Style
Controls how the top portion of each document is structured. Seven options are available:
Modern Centered — Title and metadata are horizontally centered.
Professional Accent — Accent-color bar above the header content.
Corporate Card — Boxed card-style header (default for Custom).
Classic Balanced — Left-aligned company info, right-aligned number/date.
Minimal Sidebar — Compact header with sidebar-style layout.
Executive Full Width — Full-width banner spanning the page.
Streamlined Compact — Tight single-row header for maximum content space.
Section Style
Controls how content sections (Project Summary, Scope of Work, etc.) are visually separated. Five options are available:
Clean — No background or border; plain text sections.
Background — Light fill behind each section.
Dividers — Horizontal rules between sections.
Boxed — A visible border box wraps each section.
Card — Elevated card styling with a subtle shadow.
Colors
Primary Color
Primary Color sets the accent color applied throughout the document — headings, section titles, dividers, and other highlighted elements.
Click the color swatch to open the color picker. It includes:
A gradient canvas for selecting hue, saturation, and brightness.
A hue slider (rainbow bar) to switch between base colors.
An eyedropper to sample any color from your screen.
RGB input fields for precise numeric values.
A format toggle to switch between RGB and hex input modes.
The hex value is also shown directly next to the swatch for quick manual entry. To match your brand exactly, enter the hex code from your brand style guide.
